Here is some information regarding Hôtel Sainte-Anne’s policies and booking conditions. For any questions regarding a specific situation that is not described below, please contact the hotel directly.

Guarantee your reservation
A valid credit card is necessary when making a reservation to guarantee it. The following credit cards can be used: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In case of a no-show or of a cancellation outside of the 48h window, the hotel will be charging the credit card on file for the amount of the first night + taxes.

Confidentiality
All information required by the hotel are confidential and will only be consulted by the hotel staff. The hotel will not, under any circumstances, share any of our guests’ information, or use them to share publicity or promotions.

Smoke-free environment
Smoking and vaping are forbidden in all rooms and common areas. A 400$ fee will be charged to those not complying. The non-smoking policy includes, but is not limited by, all tobacco and cannabis products, vape pens and other vaping devices.

Cancellation
All cancellations requests must be received 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. A fee equivalent of the cost of the first night plus taxes will be applied to cancellations received within the 48h window. Hôtel Sainte-Anne will respect the booking conditions established by its partners. Make sure you review booking conditions of third-party websites such as Expedia or Booking.Com before making the reservation. Non-refundable reservations will be charged on the credit card on file. No amount will be refunded in case of a cancellation or a modification.

Modification
Any modification request must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original date of arrival. Fees will apply for requests made inside of the 48 hour window. Some restrictions may apply.

Payment upon arrival
Full payment must be made upon arrival by credit or debit card, or cash. A valid credit card number is required at arrival in case of additional fees. The hotel reserves the right to ask for a safety deposit of 100 to 400$CAD, depending on room type and length of stay.

Non-Refundable Rate
Hôtel Sainte-Anne will respect the booking conditions established by its partners. Make sure you review booking conditions of third-party websites such as Expedia or Booking.Com before making the reservation. Non-refundable reservations will be charged on the credit card on file. No amount will be refunded in case of a cancellation or a modification.

Hour of arrival
Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 3PM. It is possible to check-in prior to 3PM, depending on availability. Customers wishing to arrive prior to 3 PM must make their request 48 hours before their arrival. Fees can occur for early check-ins.

Hour of departure
Check-out must be done by 11 AM. Late check-outs depend on availability and fees can occur. Non-authorized late check-outs will cause additional costs that will be charged directly on the credit card on file.

Parking
Hôtel Sainte-Anne does not have a private parking lot. We recommend that our guests use the underground City Hall public parking lot. The City Hall lot is located at 1, Rue Pierre-Olivier Chauveau and costs around 18$/24h.
Since Hôtel Sainte-Anne is on a pedestrian street, you can temporarily park your car in front of the Tourist Information Center, located at 12, Rue Sainte-Anne, to facilitate the transport of your luggage inside the hotel.

Children
The minimum age required to check-in is 18 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 12 years old can stay for free when staying in a room shared with an adult. A maximum of two free children is accepted. Any extra child will be priced like an adult. Parents will be held responsible for their children at all times during their stay, and children cannot be left alone in the hotel.

Pets
All animals are strictly forbidden from entering the premises. Any violation of this rule will incur fees of 400$.
Service animals are accepted but must be properly licensed. The hotel reserves the right to expulse an animal behaving in a way that is disturbing for other guests and our staff, or an animal that is left alone in the room.
